Every day, the Executive Services is faced with scores of decisions, each with important consequences for working families. To provide the Executive Service with the support that he or she needs to govern effectively. The Executive Service has responsibility for tasks ranging from communicating the Governor’s message to the Enga people to promoting our trade interests abroad.

The power of the Executive Branch is vested in the Provincial Administrator of Enga, who also acts as head of state and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. The Provincial Administrator is responsible for implementing and enforcing the development plans written by Provincial Executive Council, the National Government of Papua New Guinea and, to that end, appoints the heads of the agencies. The Deputy Provincial Administrators is also part of the Executive Services, ready to assume the Provincial Administrator should the need arise.

Administrative agencies are tasked with the daily enforcement and management of operations. These departments and agencies have varied missions and responsibilities, covering multiple sectors.
