The Hela Opena Polytechnic Institute is a multi-million kina impact project that will provide technical training for our Grade 12 Leavers in the province, it is envisaged that the college will provide quality instructor training for TVET Centers in the province which will contribute to the overall objective of quality technical education and training to our students attending all vocational centers in the province.
