The administrator’s office will continue to be classified as a division under which several branches would be housed. Besides other branches, the Provincial Works & Technical Services branch (PWTS), despite its size and operation, would continue to operate under the provincial administrator’s office. The role played by this branch in areas of infrastructure development and planning is vital and highly significant as their effectiveness can account for a meaningful contribution towards our broad development vision of improving the rural people’s welfare and lifestyles and also in facilitating economic growth and development. The provincial administrator’s direct oversight over the functions and performance of this section is vital to ensure vision and plan success.

Besides the above, other branches also continue to play significant roles in budget and performance management, control, and assets management.

Twenty-five years of stable leadership and consistent administrative machinery have resulted in EPG attracting more foreign government and NGO donor agencies to invest in all sectors in the province. ’This has been our strength and a Key strategy for addressing our development agendas.
